Terms of Service

1. Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and WarWithin ("WarWithin", "we", "us"), the provider of the WarWithin mobile app and website. Contact: support@warwithinapp.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WarWithin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WarWithin. You confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and have authority to enter this agreement.

3. Pricing & Subscriptions

  • Free trial: 7 days, full access, no charge. Subscription auto-starts at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Ironclad Monthly: $7.99 USD per month, auto-renews monthly.
  • Ironclad Yearly: $79.99 USD per year, auto-renews annually.
  • Youth Leader / Ministry: billed directly by invoice — pricing depends on the number of seats requested.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process for web-based purchases is conducted by our online reseller Stripe Payments. Stripe is our payment processor for web subscriptions. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for web purchases are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime: web subscriptions at emailing support; iOS in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android in Google Play → Subscriptions.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Web subscription refunds are processed via Stripe.

7. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall WarWithin or sign in on a new device, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings → Account to reactivate your subscription at no charge.

8. Acceptable Use

WarWithin is a tool for personal discipline and brotherhood. You must not: use the service unlawfully; harass partners or other users; post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to access another user's data; interfere with security; introduce malware; or scrape or probe our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

WarWithin, its software, branding, designs, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by WarWithin and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your subscribed plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits. You retain ownership of your own content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer & Service Level

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. WarWithin is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or crisis services. If you are in danger, call 988 (US) or your local emergency line.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
